Nothing here yet, and why we are not faking it

A new business has no reviews. That is not a flaw to be papered over, and the ways of papering over it are all bad: testimonials nobody can trace, a star rating a business awards to itself in its own page code, quotes with a first name and an initial.

Google stopped showing star ratings that a business marks up about itself precisely because they were worthless. So this site publishes none, and when there is a Google Business Profile with real reviews on it, this page will link straight to it.

In the meantime, the useful thing we can offer is not praise but specifics: exactly what we commit to on every job, written down where you can hold us to it.

What we commit to, on every job

A price before the work, not after it

An indicative range on the phone and a fixed price once we have seen the door. If what we find is different from what was described, we stop and tell you rather than carrying on and explaining at the end.

The least destructive method available

Drilling is the last option, not the first. Where the cylinder can survive the opening, it survives, and you keep your keys. Where it cannot, you hear that before anything starts.

An honest answer about urgency

If the problem can wait until normal hours and cost you less, we will say so, even though it means turning down a night call-out.

Paperwork that works

An itemised Spanish factura describing what was found and what was fitted, written the way an insurer expects to read it.

Only the jobs we actually do

No cutting, copying, supplying or programming of keys of any kind, and no car key work. If you need those, we tell you on the phone instead of taking the call-out.

If we get it wrong

Ring and say so. A locksmith working one municipality cannot afford a reputation for shrugging, and a job that went badly is worth more to us fixed than argued about.
